Generally, the place was convenient and had especially helpful and extremely helpful staff with the prior manager by phone. The room was nicely decorated and updated with the jetted tub, 2 queen beds plus a bedroom, met expectations.

The location was incredibly comfortable - so close to several good retaurants, good breakfast, and easy to find off the highway, a restaurant which is really nice and the business center. Again, the hotel was set just a short walk away from Prairie Outpost Park.

As a tourist, I loved the convenient location of this hotel. It was situated halfway between Theodore Roosevelt National Park and Bismarck, making it easy to explore the area. Additionally, it was only a 4-hour drive away from the Badlands and Mount Rushmore in South Dakota. The hotel had great facilities including a perfect breakfast, a nice spa and pool, and comfortable and clean rooms. The staff at the front desk was friendly and welcoming. Millie, who ran the breakfast area, was exceptional and ensured a delightful start to the day with her attentive service and warm wishes. The hotel decor was also lovely.

Breakfast was appealing and varied. Options for a really healthy meal (hard cooked eggs, Raisin Bran, fresh fruit) or fresh waffles that you make on the spot in 2.5 minutes. Something for everyone!

From the moment we arrived, we felt at home in the cozy atmosphere of this hotel. The friendly staff went above and beyond to assist us, even showing us how to navigate the back door. One evening, we were pleasantly surprised to find soup and crackers as a light and satisfying dinner option. The breakfast spread exceeded our expectations, with scrambled eggs and big slices of ham as the delicious hot items.

The lack of an elevator and steep stairs made it a bit challenging for us, especially as we get older. We also experienced issues with our room key, with the clerk mentioning that they have problems with that particular room.
